Criteria for judging would be - most improved body, most improved in training, most improved in diet and most dedicated to the sport.
Born November 10, 1981, Gap, as his close friends would call him, started serious bodybuilding training and competing only last year at age 21. Since then, he has earned several titles to his name in amateur competition including winning the Overall title of the recent Mr. & Ms. Body Beautiful 2004 held in Paniqui, Tarlac. Winning the Overall title usually goes to the heavyweight contender but Gap being a bantamweight champion confidently grabbed the judges
